Once the lower dimensions
have been worked through,
then growth occurs at very
different rates at the
higher dimensions.
It is truly the ultimate challenge
to come onto the earth plane.
While you may leave
the physical environment,
you do not leave
the spiritual connection.
When an energy form attempts
to hold on to something,
it surely will be taken ~
and, as you let go,
you will receive it back.
Eating addictions are simply part of
lessons to be learned on the earth plane.
It is an avenue through which a Soul can choose growth.
Do not condemn Self or any entity who
has the issue of food or other substances
that are placed into the encasement ~
rather, view it as balancing.
What happens to you is brought on by you.
No one else does it to you ~ you do it to Self.
As you go through the day,
periodically surround yourself with the light.
This will protect you and be an aid in quieting Self.
Find peace within your own body,
and understand what it is saying to you.
Look to others with unconditional acceptance
and recognize that whatever their behaviors,
it is for them to change and not you.
Your role is to counsel only when another
seeks out information from you.
Do not force your counsel on another.
The more attuned you become,
the more sensitive to color you become.
