Listen to Self
~ do not talk ~
simply listen.
A Plane of Existence is another phrase for
Levels of Self or Dimensions of Self.
In this concreteness you are the
summation of all the components of Self ~
all the other dimensions of Self.
The Higher Self is only as good as the
information that has been fed into it
from the experiences at the concrete.
Within a particular dimension of Self,
the Higher Self within that dimension
has a higher understanding of
the lessons that need to be
learned in that dimension.
Everything is happening simultaneously
and you can go into any
dimension of Self to gain information.
Asking for information within Self is appropriate ~
whether you are meant to have
that information at the time you are
asking for it is another discussion within Self.
The higher levels of each dimension of Self
have the overview of their dimension.
And so if you are not meant to have information
at a particular time, the Higher Self will say. 'No.'
Let go of the sense of control
that you think you need to have
within Self when you might say,
'I'm going to call a meeting of the
dimensions of Self and gain control.'
In the dream state you can preview
future lives and review past lives.
Simply acknowledge that this is what is
happening and not your imagination.
