The Fluidity of the Community of Terra Lux is An Operational Model for Community Development and was given to Terra Lux by Waith. The Fluidity is fostered by an energy circle of people called Metagers, a word coined by Waith that represents the balance between the concrete and abstract needs of a dynamic organization. The Metagers ~ Ariana, Barjan, Berick, Buema, Elijah and Solara ~ along with Mushiba, respond to the ever changing challenges as these concrete and abstract needs are presented from The Universal Consciousness.
