Reflections from Mushiba ~ How Do We Become More Spiritually Aware?
How do we become more spiritually aware? Surely there is a secret to it. Many people think there is ~ and, that it comes from some special formula or behavior that someone else knows. Waith answers that question with his usual no nonsense approach during his Public Session of September 6, 1994 ~
Question: How do we become more spiritually aware?
The basic answer to that question is that you must seek the answers from your Higher Self. Of course it is more complex. If it were easy to attain spiritual growth, then everyone would have it ~ there would be no reason to be outside of The One struggling and going from training ground to training ground. As a start, however, you must gain an acceptance of your own abilities to find the answers from within Self.
The answers cannot be given to you externally. You may receive guidance, however. The reason there is so much information ~ we being one of many sources ~ is to give you the information to bring within Self and synthesize, along with the other information you hear and read, and determine what is best for your own growth.
People come to us and say, “Waith, help me to achieve a higher vibration.” We cannot do that. Only you can achieve a higher vibration ~ and, it takes work. We cannot wave a magic wand and say, “Poof! You are now a higher vibration. Poof! You are now spiritually aware.” We can only give you the tools, and we do that ~ learning how to focus within Self, accepting the reality that you must find the answers from within, and that nothing external will provide the answers.
There are many on the plane who do appear to be giving answers, and that is appropriate for the level of understanding that their audiences have for the development of Self. Our audience is not of that type. We are here to give conceptual information at a very high level. There will be some who will not understand it ~ at least not now ~ yet may understand it in the future.
As you have specific questions about your spiritual growth, we can respond in a private session where we can be more specific about the goals that you may have toward your own spiritual growth and we can, then, be more specific in ways that you, as an entity, can reach the goals that your Soul has set.
I sometimes wish there was an easy way to become more spiritually aware ~ “just give me the answer, Waith,” is a thought that occasionally creeps into my mind, especially during my challening times. Usually, though, once I pull myself out of my own Self pity ~ which may not happen right away ~ I hear my own answer. Amazing how that works!

This message has brought a big and delightful smile to my being this day. From being the small child ‘kicked’ out of church school for asking to many questions of how this or that was possible … questions that could not be answered by the teachers thus disturbed their class; to the adult seeking answers still.
Something within me was always looking for answers and there have always been channels, spiritual guru’s on my path to offer up answers from their method of thought … to replying to a purple postcard in a magazine so many years ago and discovering Waith and a group called Terra Lux.
In Waith I have discovered that my thoughts are acceptable and there are always answers … that going within gives us the right answers for self. My possibilities turned into reality for this one. That each finds the right level of thought and action for them. That an open mind and heart gives great meaning and movement forward. That each positive action is it’s own reward. The sharing and interaction with one another moves all of us to OUR next level of connecting to that which we came from and to that which we will return again and repeat again and again.
I have received the greatest inner peace and possibilities since meeting Waith, Mushiba and all of the wonderful inlightend energies on the journey we call life.

Jodi, you have beatifully captured my feelings as well ~ as Terra Lux has been a guiding light in my life for many years now ~ a light that helps me to find answers within Self, yet is ever there to support and guide.
Although I can’t remember too far into my early childhood, I do recall my parents saying that I sometimes drove them crazy with my continuously asking them “why” this and “why” that! I turned to books when I couldn’t get enough answers from other humans. Then, slowly, I learned to turn to Self more and more as well. What a journey it has been.
