The following are excerpts from the unpublished Waith Transcript of December 3, 1991. The words in purple are directly from Waith ~
Question: You have said that in The New Illusion the human form will change. Does that mean that those who stay will have some change take place or just the new entities coming in?
Both.
Question: Both?
Yes. There are changes occurring now within your vibrational field. Those who have already made the commitment to go into The New Illusion are having the beginnings of change of a physical nature, from the inside and working its way out. This will be reflected, then, when the new energies begin to enter in through those energies who have chosen to remain to start up The New Illusion. There will be some rather apparent and obvious changes occurring in form and, in many cases, there will be no apparent or visible change.
As many of you have already experienced, and will continue to experience, you have vibrational changes. You feel a recentralizing effect of your own energies within your electromagnetic field, and during certain changes related to the Earth and its electromagnetic field, periodically you will feel major changes within your own physical encasement. Many of you will feel, some to a greater degree than others, a response to what the Earth and its energy field, is feeling.
Question: I have read that there is a mathematical balance in our solar system and that there is a formula which shows the relationship of the distances between the planets in our solar system, and according to it, there is a space where another planet should be.
The theory that you present is accurate and, as is always the case in earth plane experiences, the attempts to interpret and apply, or give form to the concept, gets muddled, shall we say. All energy is, if you want to use this terminology, mathematically correct. It simply means that there are many, many, many, many training grounds that are a part of earth plane, knowing that planet Earth is only one ~ and one very accelerated component ~ of that which is the earth plane.
On occasion, we will give you a reference of the earth plane without indicating planet Earth as opposed to another training ground. All of the so called planets that have been made visible by illusion to your scientists on planet Earth, are a part of the earth plane. There are many others that are of a vibrational correctness that serve purposes at a vibrational level that do not need to have an explanation given ~ at this time ~ for they relate to the Twelve Major Structures that you know as pyramids.
The space that you refer to and the speculation of another planet that is going to suddenly appear ~ or, that is there and not seen ~ is a typical planet Earth scientific manifestation. Vibrationally, there is no hole. Do you understand?
Comment: Yes.
It is only planet Earth’s scientists’ illusion that there is. Does that clarify?
Comment: Yep.
Question: Would you speak about the Eleven Eleven and how we can best access or use it? (Note: refers to January 11 at 11:00 a.m.).
The frame of reference to which you give this form is the concept that presents itself at the time of major illusion changes. Energy Centers begin to be opened, closed and changed ~ so, three different scenarios occur within the flow of the energy. What has been occurring for some time now on planet Earth is the transference of energy and information from the twelve pyramid shapes into the twelve new vibrational areas where the new structures will be constructed.
Those who are charged with the responsibilities of constructing the new structures in those twelve geographic areas, know who they are. This area you find yourself in now is one of the twelve and is currently receiving major energy transferences from its pyramid counterpart.
This phenomena that is given the definition of Eleven Eleven, could be called anything ~ it could be called Twelve Twelve, it could be called Two Two, it could be called Tiny Toon. 
It is the concept that is important and working with the energy, for this is an opening of a new Energy Center.
As is the case with all that occurs, those who have agreed to work with particular energy changes will know and will simply begin to do so. It will begin at a spirit level, and as the consciousness of Self expands with the working of the new energy, so, too, will the awareness levels begin to seek and merge within Self.
The best response to your question at an individual level is that you will know through your focusings and opportunities presented to you, how and in what way you will work with the new energy coming through from higher sources. It is all connected with the Twelve Major Structures and their connection to each other at the instantaneous moment of transference into The New Illusion.

I love Waith’s sense of humor! Once again, as he shows in this article, he has the ability to keep us grounded in the concept, and demystify something that can be quite abstract. Every time an illusion change occurs, Energy Centers begin to be opened, closed and changed. Three scenarios. End of story! I love it!
