Reflections from Mushiba ~ Lesson Learning
Lesson learning can be tricky because while we must learn lessons by going within Self, we also must learn by going outside of Self. Thus, it is our challenge to find the balance between determining what we need to learn through another person and being concerned about what that person is here to learn ~ and which may not be related to our learning at all.
During the Waith Class, Cycle of Lesson Learning, Waith said ~
only what you are here to learn is of importance.
There is that fine line again that we all have ~ being concerned about what another is here to learn as it relates to our learning and being concerned about the total learning of that person.

Someone wrote that a day without learning something new is like a day without sunshine. We need to be open to the opportunities that come our way to learn and to respond to that learning in positive ways.

This was an interesting week at work ~ with all this extreme heat! Especially if you were one of those unfortunate people that had to endure it in the workforce. I learned quite a bit this week about different personalities at work, and the awesome learning experiences one can have being uncomfortable ~ and the joys of Gatorade!
Norby, you are very cool!

Norby, I like the statement about a day without learning something new is like a day without sunshine ~ how true! Thank you for a new phrase to represent bringing in the light!!
